Tomato Sauce (44.6%), Artichokes (24.5%), green olives Nocellara Etna (6.69%), capers (6.25%), celery (4.7%), carrots (4.5%), cane sugar(2.68%), vinegar (2.2%), onion (2.0%), Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oi (1.1%)l, salt (0.7%), sicilian oregano (0.1%).
Process
After frying every ingredients in extra virgin olive oil, cooked in low pressure special pot to preserve the characteristics and natural flavours of the products.
Feature
Predominantly red color due to the tomato sauce. Creamy texture with artichokes pieces, opposed by crispy of celery and carrots, balanced sweet-sour.
Uses
Perfetto come antipasto o come contorno. Eccellente sulla bruschetta.
