After half-cooking in water and vinegar are added flavors and olive oil.
It has a slight scent of mint and vinegar. The texture is crunchy. It has an intense flavor of artichoke lightly flavored with vinegar, mint and chilli.
Perfect as starter or side dish. Excellent on the bruschetta.

24 Months – Keep in cool and dry place. After opening storage in the fridge for 5 days.
