Grown in the fertile lands of southern Sciily, the Violetto artichokes are preserved in our Biancolilla extra virgin olive oil, known for its aromatic artichoke notes. Our method of processing and conservation allows to mantain the natural flavor and the typical crunchiness.
Ingredients
Violetto artichokes, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt, oregano, mint, chili pepper. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
Uses
Great for starters or side dish. Excellent on the hot toasted bruschetta.
