Organic Sicilian durum wheat semolina pasta, mineral water. Pasta format: paccheri, bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperature.
Uses
We recommend pairing with our sauces and pestos, in particular with flavored tomato sauce with wild fennel completed with a sprinkling of toasted breadcrumbs and dried wild fennel leaves or with pistachio and almond pesto completed with toasted pistachio grains.
