Our Ciliegino tomatoes are harvested exclusively in south-eastern Sicily. The sweet and tasty flavor of the tomatoes is concentrated thanks to a process of natural drying in the sun with salt. Finally they are seasoned with our Nocellara olive oil, the latter able to further enhance the flavors.
