Cooked at both low pressure and temperature using a special pot (60 ° C) to preserve the nutritional characteristics and the natural flavours of the fruit.
Intense red-orange color. Due to cooking at low temperature, it retains a strong blood orange scent, a balanced sweet flavour, thanks to the use of the cane sugar and a pleasant bitter note from the skin.
Perfect for healthy breakfast, as a snack and with cheese (goat cheese or fresh cow's milk cheeses).
