Our Nocellara variety olives are harvested when fully ripe and processed naturally through a brining process with water and salt. Being whole they retain their flavor and natural crunchiness.

Black Nocellara olives, water, salt. Acid: citric acid.
Uses
Take off the water before the use e season as you prefer. Great for starters and snacks.
