A typical Sicilian recipe with an authentic and folkloric flavor, produced with selected Nocellara olives and our extra virgin olive oil of the homonymous variety.
Ingredients
Tomato sauce, Nocellara olives, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, onion, salt, sugar, parsley, oregano, chili pepper. Acid: citric acid.
Uses
Heat for two minutes. Perfect with pasta (spaghetti n.3). Complete the dish with a drizzle of raw olive oil, a sprinkling of fresh parsley and two basil leaves.
