Cooked at low pressure by using a special pot to preserve the characteristics and natural flavors of the ingredients.
Intense red color, at the opening it has an intense aroma of fennel. Velvety texture and naturally sweet flavour, slightly spicy with aroma of bay leaves and fennel seeds.
Heat it for two minutes. Perfect for all types of pasta (macaroni, paccheri) and fresh pasta (ravioli, tagliatelle).
