Our tomatoes are processed through a slow drying process in the oven, capable of preserving the organoleptic characteristics and concentrating the juiciness and sweetness of the tomatoes. Afterward, they are seasoned with our Nocellara exrta virgin olive oil.

Ingredients

Semi-dried tomatoes, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, salt, basil, garlic, oregano. Acid: citric acid.

Uses

Great for starters, bruschetta, sandwhich and to prepare first meal (pasta).
