Produced using Organic Sicilian tangerines varieties from the Catania and Palermo area, they are particularly sweet and juicy.
Organic Ciaculli late-ripening Mandarin (67%), Organic cane sugar (31.8%), Organic lemon juice (1.2%).
Cooked at both low pressure and temperature using a special pot (60 ° C) to preserve the nutritional characteristics and the natural flavours of the fruit.
Intense Orange color. Due to cooking at low temperature, it retains a strong tangerine scent and tangerine skin, a balanced sweet flavour due to the use of the cane sugar and a pleasant bitter note due to the skin presence.
Perfect for breakfast, as a snack and with cheese (goat cheese or fresh cow's milk cheeses). Great for the cake.
