Ingredients
Organic Sicilian durum wheat semolina pasta, mineral water. Pasta format: busiate, bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperature.
Uses
We recommend pairing with our sauces and pestos, in particular with Tomato sauce with (chopped) fried eggplant completed with olive oil and salted ricotta or with Hyblaean pesto & bruschetta completed with a sprinkling of breadcrumbs toasted.
