Green olives Nocellara Etnea, extra virgin olive oil Gran Cru Nocellara Etnea, parsley, mint, Hyblaean oregano, chilli, Hyblaean wild fennel, red garlic from Nubia, vinegar, Trapani sea salt.
After desalting of the olives, the ingredients are mixed together.
It has an intense aroma of mint and wild fennel. Color and texture are intact despite pasteurization. Intense flavor of green olives.
Great for starters, bruschetta and sandwich.
