Ingredients
Sicilian eggplants, tomato sauce, carrots, green olives, capers, celery, onion, cane sugar, vinegar, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, salt, basil, oregano.
Uses
Excellent as an appetizer or as side dish of fish or meat. Recommended on freshly roasted hot bruschetta.
