Ingredients
Tomato Sauce, Eggplant, Sicilian, green olives Nocellara Etna, capers, celery, carrots, cane sugar, vinegar, onion, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, salt, basil, Hyblaean oregano.
Process
After frying every ingredients in extra virgin olive oil, cooked in low pressure special pot to preserve the characteristics and natural flavours of the products.
Feature
Predominantly red color due to the tomato sauce. Creamy texture opposed by crispy celery and carrots, balanced sweet-sour.
Uses
Perfect as starter or side dish. Excellent on the bruschetta.
