Artichokes (76%), extra virgin olive oil (23%) oregano (0.8%), hot pepper (0.15%), parsley (0.15%), garlic, vinegar, salt ,. Acidity regulator: citric acid; Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
The ingredients are blended at low temperature in order to preserve the characteristics and natural flavours of the ingredients.
It has an intense aroma of fresh artichoke. The consistency is fluid and creamy. Intense flavor of artichoke with light aroma of oregano and parsley.
Great for starters, bruschetta and sandwich.
