Basil, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, “Cosacavaddu” cheese, Sicilian almond, Sicilian pistachio, salt, cane sugar, acidifiant: lactic acid (E270).
The ingredients are mixed at both low temperature and pressure to preserve the nutritional characteristics and natural flavours of ingredients.
It has an intense aroma of fresh basil. The texture is creamy and the crunchy of almonds and pistachos give it a nice contrast. The flavour is savory for cheese and fresh for basil.
Suitable for bruschetta and also for pasta (trofie, penne, caserecce).
