According to an ancient family tradition, the ripe olives fallen on the ground were reused in the kitchen, drying them in the oven with Sicilian spices and vegetables. We collect them ripe in the trees and share this ancient recipe with you.
Ingredients
Black Nocellara olives, tomato sauce, onion, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt, wild fennel seeds, basil, oregano, chili pepper. Acid: citric acid.
Uses
Excellent as an appetizer or as side dish of fish or meat. Recommended on freshly roasted hot bruschetta.
