Our anchovies are rigorously fished in the Cantabrian sea. After salting they are processed by hand and preserved in Cerasuola extra virgin olive oil, an oil with hints of aromatic herbs.
Anchovies fillets, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, salt.
Perfect as a starter (paired with bualo mozzarella) or to prepare first meal (pasta), sandwhich and salads. It is recommended to use the conseving oil as a condiment.
